This release introduces an optional local relevance module for improved code understanding and smarter responses, along with enhancements to VG Code functionality and session management.

- Introducing the 'vg module' command for easy installation, removal, and inspection of the relevance module, which automatically tags files and symbols with their related topics.
- vg code sessions now support per-turn agent modes and image attachments, with plan mode preventing edits and commands during execution.
- New /compact command in vg code condenses long conversations into a checkpoint for easier future reference.
